I am a Toronto, Ontario-based stylist who has been displaying my creative abilities for over sixteen years, working with some of the best in the industry. As it is with my visual creativity, I have brought that same passion to my writing. Tell us a little about your latest or upcoming release.

Gabriella is no ordinary seventeen-year-old girl.

She is the last to carry her mother’s rare bloodline of Bruxa, an ancient secret order of witches. Settling into her late father’s estate, she is welcomed by a phantom presence that resurrects within her, a secret curse her father took to his grave ten years ago.

Gabriella finally finds a sense of belonging and gains the affections of high school’s most desired boy, Joey Davale.

Are you a mom (or parent)?

Yes, I am a mom to an amazing 9-year-old boy.

If yes, do you find it hard to juggle writing and parenting?

Most of the time no, as of now it has been a little crazy. I usually write when he’s in bed or in school on holidays I tell him I am all his but at night when I close the door its work.

Have you ever based your book or characters on actual events or people from your own life?

The premise is based on discovering who you are, I‘ve tried to base my characters influences on real people, so yes in that aspect I think we all can relate to some or all the characters.

Is there a theme or message in your work that you would like readers to connect to?

Yes, to never loss yourself, even if the world around you is caving in, there is always hope.

If this book is part of a series…what is the next book? Any details you can share?

Yes, Bruxa- Blood Ties is coming out late winter of 2013… This sequel gets a little darker and you really start to see more magic and a lot more twists.
