Holiday Salsa Recipe with Emily Mims
Emily’s Salsa in a Poem
Three big ripe tomatoes fresh off the vine,
Add a cup of red onion diced up quite fine.
A cup of cilantro leaves chopped from a bunch,
One minced jalapeno to give it some punch.
Blend all together, fridge an hour to chill,
Serve with big corn chips, a taste treat to thrill!
